Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

• A paid order cannot be fulfilled.
• The requested replacement product is unavailable.
• The return request is approved after inspection.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or the original payment method where applicable.
• Refund processing may take 7–14 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
